I found a fun item this week, which combines a flashlight of all things with a video camera. Suprisingsly the light / Cam has some good features and produces videos at a respectable 640x480.


As you can notice, there are approx. 17 LEDs which operate in the infared range to illuminate an area up to 13' away. The video can be captured at 30 fps with 128 megs of memory which can be upgraded with an Micro SD card. Its all powered by 3 C batteries and yes that includes the built in LCD screen! All this and more for about $400.00.
