Metacritic published a summary of The Best (and Worst) Movies of the Decade, complete with a thoughtful filtering of artsy-fartsy limited release and foreign films, which tend to get positive reviews for whatever reason (a staggering 43% of the top films fell into this category). You'll have to hop on over to Metacritic to see the master list, however, because I'm not going to steal their thunder. As an extra bonus, they also take a look at worst movies of the Decade. All Hollywood, all the way. Hmmm, what is the bias here?

Anyhow, since Jason Dietz at metacritic has the decade covered (really, go read the article!), I'll limit my tiny contribution to the worst movies of 2009. The first number is the rank this year and the number in (parenthesis) is the rank against all movies.
